How to begin
1Contact the business office to request pro enrollment. Call or text 312 421 4660, or email admin@hairwhisperer.com. We will set up your personal link and scannable QR code.
2Purchase your product through your own link. The commission on your purchase is yours, so the Vessel returns $20.40 and the Duo returns $56.40.
3Share your personal link or your QR code. Send the link, or let a client scan the code right there in your chair. Either one keeps every repeat order credited to you.
4Get paid every month. Commissions arrive electronically, by Zelle or PayPal, to the account you choose.

Questions, answered
Who is the program for?
Working stylists and barbers with an active clientele. Seven pros are invited each season, so every pro gets real attention.
How do I join?
Contact the business office to request pro enrollment, by call, text or email. Once you have your link, you purchase the Vessel or the Duo through it. The Duo includes 3 free travel minis for gifting and sampling, and the commission on your purchase is yours.
What do I earn?
30% as a Pro Ambassador and 40% as a Pro Plus Ambassador, on every order from every client you refer, for 365 days.
Do I have to sell all of this in the chair?
No. Once a client orders through you, their refills and reorders keep crediting you for 365 days, and so do the clients they send your way. Your first recommendations keep earning long after the appointment ends.
Is there a minimum in my first 30 days?
No. Your first 30 days are for building, at 30% from your first order, and reaching the Pro floor inside those 30 days earns you a free Liter Refill. After that, pros earning under $1,391 a month continue in our Original Lightworker Circle at 20%, where every client they refer receives a gift.
When does my rate change?
Your new rate begins the month after you qualify. Once you reach Pro Plus, you stay there unless you earn under $2,966 for two months in a row, when your rate returns to 30%.
How do my clients buy?
Online, through your personal link, or by scanning your QR code. We ship straight to them.
What's the difference between my link and my QR code?
Nothing, as far as what you earn. Your QR code is simply your link in scannable form, so either one credits you for every order that client places for the full 365 days, refills included. Send the link when you're texting, and show the code when they're sitting in front of you.
Do my clients receive a discount or a gift?
We don't do discounts, and pro referrals don't carry a gift. Clients pay the same price they see on our site. If you'd like to treat a client in your salon, that's yours to give.
How and when am I paid?
Monthly and electronically, to the Zelle or PayPal account you choose.
What if a client isn't happy?
Every order is backed by The Softness Guarantee. If a client and their hair don't exhale within 30 days of purchase, their money comes back. No return shipping. No interrogation.
How do refunds affect my commissions?
Nothing is held back while you wait. A refund is simply deducted from your commissions in the month it's issued.
Do I need to stock product or buy wholesale?
No. The program is referral-only for now. There's nothing to store, count or ship. You purchase only the product you choose to use, gift or sample.
What support comes with the invitation?
Open access to Kali Patrice, the Pro Circle on WhatsApp for your season's pros, an optional Zoom product demo and a monthly education spotlight.
